Typical day on site
To meet our fast-tracked schedule, our project site is filled with multiple activities scheduled to work simultaneously daily. Logistically, there is a minimal amount of space around the project site to work with, making it very difficult to accept large volumes of deliveries and little to no space for storing materials for long periods of time. Therefore, on-time deliveries are critical for the success of the project. This is where Voyage Control has become the most valuable tool on this project for logistics. Voyage Control has facilitated the ongoing success of our site logistics by allowing our trade partners to submit delivery requests using its user-friendly interface. Planning and coordinating with the trades out in the field and via Voyage Control has helped the project site receive vital deliveries and continue to assist in the ongoing success of the project.
