Troubleshooting information
You will need the code EWR on iOS and Android if you’ve not signed up before.
If you’ve signed into the web version of EWR, please sign in with the same account
If you’ve been given a driver log in, please sign in with the same account
If you are struggling to sign up or log in, please contact support@voyagecontrol.com
Once logged in, you should see EWR as an available site to interact with
If you do not see EWR to select, please contact support@voyagecontrol.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Once logged in, you will be able to see various things within the app along the bottom bar: List; Calendar; Search; Booking; More. However, you may not see the booking you’re trying to track
